We understand that customers change their minds or see a product isn't quite what they thought it was online. If the product falls outside of this period, we will review each case individually to see what we can do to help.

Most products will be covered by warranty, so if you feel your product has given in or damaged prematurely of it's own doing, tell us and we will contact the respective brand to discuss options. Although we can not guarantee the outcome of each case, we will always make a claim to the brand on your behalf.
