We understand that customers change their minds or see a product isn't quite what they thought it was online. Most products will be covered by warranty, so if you feel your product has given in or damaged prematurely of it's own doing, tell us and we will contact the respective brand to discuss options. Although we can not guarantee the outcome of each case, we will always make a claim to the brand on your behalf. 

CLEANING your socks is actually quite simple. Turn the socks inside out before washing, wash at 40 degrees using a mild detergent - but try to avoid fabric softeners if possible as they will damage the fibres of the wicking fabric over time. You can tumbledry the socks on a delicate cycle or simply hang to dry.
