We understand that customers change their minds or see a product isn't quite what they thought it was online. So, if the claim is made within 30 days, we will happily refund the full value of the product and arrange a means of returning the product, no questions asked. In this circumstance, we ask if you can email info@powerknapp.co.uk and we can action this as soon as possible.

 

If the product falls outside of this period, we will review each case individually to see what we can do to help.

 

Most products will be covered by warranty, so if you feel your product has given in or damaged prematurely of it's own doing, tell us and we will contact the respective brand to discuss options. Although we can not guarantee the outcome of each case, we will always make a claim to the brand on your behalf. 

CLEANING your shoecovers is actually quite simple. Turn the covers inside out before washing, wash at 40 degrees using a mild detergent - but try to avoid fabric softeners if possible as they will damage the fibres of the wicking fabric over time. You can tumbledry the covers on a delicate cycle or simply hang to dry.
